How does it work?

The Align Report takes the input from multiple, individual Discover Assessments, and presents the collected findings, comparisons and observations in a single report. The goal is to highlight the similarities and differences of team members regarding the business in an open, honest and anonymized environment.

How much does it cost?

The Align Report costs $295 per business but is FREE for all users with the Full Suite “Head of Table” Monthly Subscription. Many ValuCompass Advisors utilize the Align Report with almost all of their larger businesses. It is the best way to collect unbiased feedback from the team.

The Align Report Process

Once you have discussed this invaluable upsell to the business owner, follow the steps below.

1. Complete the ValuCompass Payment Link to notify our team and begin the Align process.

2. After completing payment link, email ValuCompass Support the list of names and emails of additional owners or top level management members who you wish to include in the Align report.

3. Once the team members are confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the Discover Assessment, as well as a short description of the importance of this experience.

4. Share this link with the team members and agree on a timeframe for them to complete it.

5. Our ValuCompass team will compile the report within three days of all members completing the Assessment.

6. Discuss the results with the Business Owner and propose a full team meeting to review the findings.
